The Call for Nominations for the Sustainability Award 2026 is now open.
​
The Nobel Sustainability Trust (NST) invites nominations from across the globe to recognize outstanding individuals and organizations whose work is driving meaningful progress toward a more sustainable future.
​
Through this open and international call, NST encourages experts in sustainability related fields to nominate exceptional candidates whose achievements demonstrate leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.

Award Categories and Cash Awards
​
Leadership in Implementation This Award will recognise individuals or organisations whose actions, either on a local or global level, have a significant impact on the adoption of sustainable approaches, or the implementation of sustainable solutions. These actions may be related to scientific breakthroughs, entrepreneurship and innovation transfer, civil society engagement, and diplomacy. The award includes a cash award of no less than USD 30,000.

Outstanding Technology in Sustainability This award recognises organisations or individuals that create significant and scalable sustainability impact through the integrated application of technology, with artificial intelligence serving as a critical enabler for widespread adoption and scale. The award includes a cash award of no less than USD 50,000.
